Lori Farley comes from a diversified background with business, academic and non-profit experiences. She believes in translating vision, values and strategy into action, and is committed to harnessing the significant tangible, and intangible, benefits that come with vibrant community and culture.

Lori’s work and volunteer commitments have combined her interest in Arts, Technology, Education, Disability and Community Development with her interests in modified forms of communication, human interaction and learning, and social roles within communities. Her work and voluntary commitments facilitate connections, education, advocacy, and opportunities for social change, along with transforming lives, communities, and business by facilitating corporations, governments, and individuals to adopt a balanced approach to measuring profit and value; exemplifying qualities of good stewardship; providing opportunities for consciousness raising; networking and mentorship to share individual and collective gifts; and modeling behaviour by taking action.

With her vast professional network, and strong background in governance, recruitment and retention, resource development, needs assessment, along with program, project and volunteer management, others saw her experience and approach to leadership and organizational development as unique and helpful. Lori currently focuses her business efforts on working with small to midsize not-for-profits, professional associations, and start-ups to build strong internal foundations through Strategic Planning & Implementation, Board Governance & Operations, and Fund & Program Development.
