WeaknessesInternal – what are your “lack of resources and capabilities?” Where can other outperform us?
OpportunitiesExternal – What are the external circumstances that support profit and growth? What are unfulfilled customer needs, these could be value propositions, new technology favorable legislation, etc.? How we can exploit the market?
ThreatsExternal – Who/ what might take our market – What are the external circumstances that hider profit and growth? These could be competitors, changes in regulations, etc.

APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY
Strengths – What are we doing really well What are our greatest assets? What are we most proud of accomplishing? What do our strengths tell us about our skills
Opportunities – How do we understand outside threats? How can we re-frame to see the opportunity? How can we best partner with others?
Aspirations – Considering Strengths and Opportunities, who should we become? How do we allow our values to drive our vision? How can we make a difference for our organization and its stakeholders?
Results – What are the measureable results? What do we want to be known for? How do we tangibly translate Strengths, Opportunities, and Aspirations?
